請問怎樣把 real Video real Audio VBR file convert into MPEG format

我已經安裝了 Win AVI Video Conventor.  我想將rmvb file or real video real audio VBR 的 file convert into MPEG format.  很奇怪，點解有些rmvbfile可以成功轉為MPEG fomart，但有些不可以..(can't open the file)..尤其是有VBR的就一定不可能open file to convert.....請問有邊位高人可以指點？:em34:
