午睡一小時 等同睡一夜

[size=12px]愛午睡的人有福了,據刊在最新一期《自然神經科學》期刊的研究指出,午飯之後好好睡上六十到九十分鐘,對大腦恢復力的益處,等同於夜間睡八小時。
鼎鼎大名午睡的支持者有英國邱吉爾首相、科學家愛因斯坦及美國總統布希。
主持這項研究的哈佛大學心理學團隊係採取測試自願者的視覺理解力,而歸納出實驗的成果。受測者觀察電腦螢幕上的色條,記憶其位置。實驗時間在同一天上午九時及晚間七時,翌日九時再測驗一次。
實驗結果顯示,白天不准午睡的數十名受測者到晚間呈腦力下降的情形,而午睡六十到九十分鐘的受測者則在晚間記憶力仍能恢復。
只是實驗也指出,午間小憩能夠奏效,必須含括兩種型態的睡眠,即「慢波睡眠」與睡眠中出現「快速眼動期」。這兩種睡眠被歸類為不同的腦波活動型態,而且咸認為有助於大腦排練、處理白天新習得的技巧與資訊。
另外,午覺睡得好,伴同夜間安寢,會有加分效果。實驗中,第一天獲准午睡的受測者,翌日記憶實驗內容的能力,要比沒午睡者好上五0%。主持實驗的梅德妮克博士表示,若由改善行為的觀點來看[/size]

i believe it. a lot of scientists conducted studies on it. and napping in the afternoon really does help regain your mental strength to last you through the rest of the day!
though the number of hours/ minutes is debatable. i think i've heard most is 30minutes because once you sleep more than 30 minutes, your brain goes into "Deep sleep" and once you go into that stage, you will get tirer after you wake up rather than refreshed.
AND napping apparently lengthens life span!

haha that what i do too. its like, i am closing my eyes and dozing off, yet i am still listening...in a way. i can remember stuff the teacher said when i was "sleeping".

if you sleep more than 30 minutes, yea, you will get tirer.
but if you power nap less than 30 minutes, wash your face, you will actually be energized!!

我都相信堔侐悼i以充電, 但係Lunch得一粒鐘, 點都要食D, 所以真係好難有60-90分鐘喎。萬一堔, 就實俾老細詐形, 至多20分鐘就得。
