Anyone use Apple iMac?

Any one is using Apply iMac? Someone told me that we can run window & mat at Apple iMac, it that right ? Can we still use the sofeware we are using in our old window xp when I use the new Apple one? Any "good" thing to use Apple instead of general window xp?
