Lexmark 1200 series

hi, im currently using a Lexmark printer......but after i refilled the cartridge it failed to function....i mean it couldnt print at all....anyone telll me why?!

Does the ink cartridge has ink level counter (just like EPSON) ?;F0WA)}\
