如果你睇過中國地震機構d documents
香港附近有條major reversed fault
理論上香港地震機會比四川還大
但深圳河以北ge buildings 要 taken into account seismic design
但以南ge香港就唔需要
anyway 新ge buildings code "The structural use of concrete :2004" 強調 ductility
什麼"% of Steel" 和 "Beam-Column Joint Shear Reinforcement"
應該在地震發生時有d幫助
